Requirements Engineer

About the Role :

We are looking for a Requirements Engineer to support the development of networked vehicle and backend functions. You will collect and manage stakeholder requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure their successful implementation, validation, and documentation.

Your Responsibilities

* Collect, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements.
* Define functional specifications and ensure they are precise and testable.
* Collaborate with SW, HW, and testing teams.
* Develop validation concepts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Manage requirement and functional changes, including impact analysis.

Your Profile

Must-have:

* Degree in vehicle technology, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field.
* Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and systems.
* Experience with requirements management tools (DOORS, CodeBeamer).
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with agile development processes.

Nice-to-have:

* Vehicle networking (CAN, Ethernet, V2X) and diagnostics (UDS, DoIP).
* Knowledge of UML/SysML and SW/HW development processes.
* AUTOSAR
* SDV knowledge.
* Familiarity with ISO 21434 (cybersecurity), ISO 26262 (functional safety), and Automotive SPICE.
* German language skill is a plus.
