Job Overview
Provides technical, operational support and system administration activities, maintains knowledge about current software systems and provides suggestions for improvements.
Job Requirements
* Capturing new business requirements and communicating them with the Digital team.
* Interpret business requirements and simplify them for easy analysis of top management to make strategic business decisions.
* Deployment of digital tools in the different areas including end-users training and day-to-day support providing
* Participates in all test phases of implementation and highlight issues accordingly
* Highlight and share key milestones,accomplishments ,Roadblocks on the project schedule.
* Ensure incidents are resolved, requests are filled, and the customer communication process is complete, and feedback provided.
* Documents solutions,results about incidents,demands in the ticket management system
* Provides either remote (phone, remote-control) or onsite support
* Ensure all implemented digital tools including their infrastructure are in optimal condition.
* Track issues from reporting to resolution while updating the internal knowledge base and,or communicating learning with internal business units
* Follow up the concerned TEIS support teams regarding on the resolution to open tickets.
* Providing initial fault diagnosis for minor issue and coordinating with all levels
* Document processes, procedures, and technical resolutions
What your background should look like
Educational Degree : Bac+4 or more (Bac +2 to review)
Professional Experience : Experience: 1 year ( or less) of relevant experience
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
* Advanced knowledge and experience with Business Intelligence systems

* Programming languages :ASP Core , R or Python
* Ability to diagnose and resolve Advanced technical issues
* Solid knowledge and capabilities in programming languages
* Able handle stressful situations
