Responsable de fournir un soutien à l’équipe du service client (CS) concernant les renouvellements et les stratégies de processus. Fournit un soutien et relève directement du Responsable des opérations de renouvellement.
Responsabilités clés
* Fournir un soutien et une formation sur les renouvellements complexes à l’ensemble de l’équipe CS régionale
* Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables CS pour soutenir le processus de renouvellement et les initiatives ciblées
* Apporter un soutien à la documentation du processus de renouvellement
* Aider l’équipe CS à conclure les renouvellements en retard par région
* Fournir des retours et améliorer l’efficacité du processus de renouvellement
* Atteindre les objectifs de renouvellements dans les délais et les cibles régionales
* Contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’organisation
* Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration continue et d’automatisation du processus de renouvellement
* Collaborer avec les services CS pour analyser les retours clients, identifier les lacunes et développer les offres selon les besoins des clients
Key Qualifications
* Diplôme d’études requis de Bac+5 en finances, business, ventes, ou des études pertinentes
* Minimum d’un an d’expérience pertinente, mais ouvert à de nouveaux diplômés
* Compréhension des contrats de renouvellement de maintenance
* Excellente aisance au téléphone et bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
* Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
* Succès démontré dans l’évaluation des besoins clients et l’élaboration de plans d’action
* Attitude articulée, professionnelle, enthousiaste, avec un fort esprit de résultats
* Capacité à évaluer les tâches et à prioriser efficacement les clients à fort potentiel
* Capacité à travailler dans un environnement multinational – tant avec l’équipe qu’avec les utilisateurs
* Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et souci du détail
