🎯 Marketing Operations Specialist – Salesforce / Data Quality / Workflow Optimization

📍 Casablanca – Onsite | 🗣️ English required

Do you bring over a decade of hands-on experience in marketing operations and data-driven process optimization?

Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and ready to contribute to a high-performing, international marketing team?

✅ Key Responsibilities

* Process inbound inquiries and ensure data accuracy and proper routing
* Monitor lead flow and flag SLA breaches or data anomalies
* Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies and workflow issues
* Perform manual and automated data normalization and enrichment
* Build ad hoc reports and dashboards to support performance analysis
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
* Contribute to documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Support testing and refinement of marketing workflows and systems

🎓 Desired Profile:

* 13+ years of experience in marketing operations or related domains
* Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM (navigation, reporting, basic configuration)
* Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data handling)
* Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
* Project-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
* Effective communicator, fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities

⭐️ Bonus Skills:

* Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation tools
* Familiarity with Power BI, RingLead, or other data quality platforms
* Knowledge of HTML, SQL, JSON is a plus
* Exposure to global B2B marketing ecosystems
