* Conduct audit of the current release management process
* Discuss pain points/expectations with stakeholders
* Evaluate existing tools and automation used in the delivery pipeline
* Implement improvements based on the gap analysis
* Propose new tools for version control, deployment, and issue tracking
* Establish key metrics to monitor release success
* Finalize and implement changes to the release management process
* Conduct full release cycle with the new process and tools in place
* Provide performance/KPI reports and post-release analysis for continuous improvement
Compétences et expérience requises
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Fluent in both English and French (bilingual proficiency required).
* 5 years in similar role , performing similar tasks
* Advanced Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
* 5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation for system environments.
* Expertise in Jira & Confluence
* Strong ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively.
* Hands-on experience in test automation, particularly for environment regression testing (Selenium).
* Proven experience working in Agile development environments.
