We are seeking an accomplished Regional Operations Manager to take charge of operations in Morocco. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role where you will oversee field and back-office teams, drive operational efficiency, ensure financial performance, and deliver world-class service to global clients.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will have full P&L responsibility while shaping the operational strategy and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery. Key Responsibilities
Operational & Financial Leadership
* Full P&L ownership, ensuring revenue and contribution targets are achieved
* Improve profitability through cost control, automation, and structural optimization
* Lead operational transformation in underperforming areas
Team Capability & Performance
* Strengthen and stabilize middle management to support sustainable growth
* Maximize utilization and efficiency across field inspection and audit teams
* Implement structured training and qualification pathways for inspectors and auditors
* Empower managers to take a leading role in customer engagement and reviews
Customer Delivery & Satisfaction
* Ensure claims and complaints remain below 0.2%
* Lead client onboarding through kick-off meetings, training, and SOP validation
* Drive continuous improvement in both field operations and back-office coordination
Technical Expertise & Innovation
* Build an expert audit team aligned with business and laboratory strategy
* Develop technical expertise in textiles and related categories
* Partner with technical leaders to launch solutions that meet client challenges in sourcing, compliance, and speed-to-market
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in senior operations or quality inspection leadership within a multinational environment
* Strong background in textiles, apparel, or manufacturing (softlines expertise strongly preferred)
* Track record of P&L ownership and profitability improvement
* Deep knowledge of inspection and audit operations, including scheduling, due diligence, and utilisation management
* Demonstrated success in team development, from field inspectors to middle management
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a history of improving customer satisfaction and claims resolution
* Experience leading operational transformation initiatives (automation, process optimisation, systems implementation)
* Multicultural awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse geographies
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred)
* Languages: Fluent English required; French highly preferred
