Position Overview

Our future Maintenance method engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of manufacturing equipment in the Lead Preparation Area at Meknes Plant.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitoring of maintenance indicators: spare parts consumption, Costs, MTBF, MTTR, MWT, DT…
* Ensure, Develop and Implement preventive maintenance programs (Planning, Control, preventive and predictive).
* Develop or upgrade the procedures of maintenance.
* Ensure an accurate and update database of the spare parts based on the approved specifications.
* Monitor and ensure the TPME application.
* Coordinate with respective parties in Engineering, Quality, Production, to ensure smooth processing as per agreed terms and conditions and approved regulations.
* Prevent and manage the impacts on the environment and safety and ensure the appropriate behavior of employees of service in relation with the EH&S management system.
* Use of analysis and continuous improvement methods to improve the performance, quality and Availability of the equipment's.
* Participate in improving the quality, safety and environmental actions.
* Solve day to day manufacturing problems and resolve production stops related to the process and Inform maintenance manager when the stoppage due to program overpass 10min or in case of immediate line stoppage.
* Improve the efficiency of manufacturing testing equipment by utilizing lean manufacturing and six sigma techniques.
* Demonstrate, execute and embody the role model leadership attributes.
* Communicate needs in terms of spare parts or services to warehouse technician and make the follow up escalate in case of roadblock to maintenance manager
* Ensure the proper storage and the safe use for equipment's.
* Ensure the communication between the plant and suppliers.
* Actively work with all functions to achieve /maintain the following certifications: (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 IATF 16949…

Key Skills And Qualifications

* Master's degree in Maintenance / Engineering
* Good communication skills
* Functional knowledge, skills in Planning and Organizing.
* Leadership and Team Competence.
* Ownership & Independence of Mind.
* Dealing with Complexity and Conflict with high accuracy and attention to both results and details.
* Continuous Improvement
* Excellent knowledge of production equipment related to wire harnessing.
* Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
