Regional Marketing and Communications Manager - Africa

About the Role

We are looking for a Regional Marketing Communications Manager to drive our brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across Africa. Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing EMEA, you will play a key role in localizing global marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams and channel partners to grow our market presence.

This is a region-specific role, and the candidate must be based in or near Casablanca, Morocco, within a short travel distance to our Casablanca office.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute targeted regional marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
* Localize and activate campaigns from Central Marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging
* Develop Co-Op programs with Channel Partners to enhance market presence
* Manage the regional marketing budget and track performance against KPIs
* Build relationships with vertical media, suppliers, and vendors to support marketing initiatives
* Plan and manage events, including trade shows, webinars, and partner-led initiatives
* Drive social media engagement and collaborate with influencers to expand brand visibility
* Leverage data insights to optimize marketing performance and campaign success

What We’re Looking For:

* Marketing degree or equivalent (CIM Diploma preferred)
* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and campaign execution
* Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
* Experience with event planning, media partnerships, and channel partner programs
* Proficiency in email marketing, digital marketing, and content management tools (e.g., WordPress)
* Willingness to travel within Africa for events and partner engagements
* A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset
