Job purpose:
* Responsible for developing the Marketing strategy, planning, implementing, and monitoring brands for B2C Channel
* Works in collaboration with other internal stakeholders to ensure that the brand remains relevant to B2C channel and that all initiatives support the brand promise.
* Participate in analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights and translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
* Participate in defining and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
* Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
Marketing Plan:
* Design fuel/lubricants campaigns in line with marketing & business objectives agreed with business orientations.
* Create and execute the Marketing & brand strategies, including managing both the existing product portfolio and new product launches
* Lead the execution and ensure an effective implementation of campaigns as per the retail & Lubricants marketing plans.
* Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
* Manages the day-to-day activities associated to all marketing efforts, including, project management, creative development, cross-functional implementation, campaign tracking and reporting as necessary.
* Collaborates with a wide variety of functional areas such as sales, editorial, marketing, design, and operations to develop, coordinate and execute specific marketing plans for each assigned title.
* Participate in key sales and marketing presentations as necessary.
Brand Management:
* Maintains brand integrity across product lines, advertising, and all other internal and external communication as it pertains to assigned brand.
* Manage brand guidelines to ensure all vendors and internal audiences follow them and update them as necessary.
* Leads the Marketing lifecycle process for designated brand(s).
* Prepares marketing objectives and schedules for all phases of product solicitation and introduction to market
* Works closely with all relevant departments to integrate media mix plans.
Reporting and performance:
* Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and participate to assess ROI and KPIs
* Develops monthly and quarterly reports for management.
* Monitoring and analyzing business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share, consumer diagnostics, profitability, etc.) and the competition.
* Assist with financial projections and budgeting process.
* Manage budgets and financial related to marketing campaigns and be the owner of pricing in the relevant brands
Job knowledge, skills and experience:
* Marketing or related field master degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position
* Marketing knowledge (including brand building, concept development, development, and implementation of marketing initiatives)
* Solid interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on cross-functional teams.
* Must be knowledgeable on project management skills, able to handle multiple projects at a time.
* Analysis skills to evaluate the impact of Marketing campaigns vs. objectives and propose recommendations for potential improvement.
* Be methodical and converge on operational details.
* Be able to deliver a flawless execution of Marketing campaigns.
* Be “Force of Propositions” for Marketing team.
