Oversees and leads the strategic planning, development, implementation, organization, and control of all facets of talent acquisition. Engages with senior leaders of various groups to align processes related to attracting quality talent for the success of their respective groups. Oversees the activities of TA Managers, Officers, Associates, and Assistants and ensures the timely accomplishment of deliverables. Empowers respective team members in the different Talent Acquisition functions and tasks. Drives for the efficient and expedient fulfillment of hiring requirements as derived from capacity needs of the company. Assists the HR VP in the planning and implementation of innovative and strategic initiatives.
