We are seeking a Recruiter to help source, vet, and place top MENA talent with our US startup clients. This role is ideal for sharp, people-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to grow into a leadership role within talent.

Salary: $800/month starting

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates across multiple roles and clients

• Run interviews and assess candidates for skill and culture fit

• Match the right talent to the right client requirements

• Manage candidate pipelines and keep trackers up to date

• Coordinate scheduling between candidates and clients

• Keep candidates warm and engaged throughout the process

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar people-facing role

• Sharp judgment of people and strong communication skills

• Highly organized, able to manage many candidates and roles at once

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and ATS/CRM tools

• Able to coordinate with US working hours
