yOur client, a leading international automotive manufacturing company, is looking for an experienced Quality & EHS Manager to support the launch of a new production facility in Tangier

.This is a strategic greenfield opportunity for a quality leader who enjoys building systems from the ground up, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with international automotive quality and EHS standards

Key Responsibiliti

esQuality Manageme

• ntLead all Quality activities across the plant and ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer-specific requirement

• s.Develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management Syste

• m.Oversee APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, MSA and SPC activitie

• s.Manage customer quality performance, complaints, 8D investigations and corrective action

• s.Ensure effective management of non-conforming products and continuous improvement initiative

• s.Lead internal audits and coordinate external customer and certification audit

• s.Monitor plant quality KPIs and present performance to local and international managemen

• t.Supervise metrology and calibration activitie

s.EHS Manageme

• ntEnsure compliance with ISO 14001 and local Health, Safety and Environmental regulation

• s.Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organizatio

• n.Implement EHS policies, procedures and risk assessment

• s.Coordinate occupational health, fire safety and environmental compliance activitie

• s.Organize mandatory employee training related to EH

• S.Monitor legal compliance and ensure continuous improvement of environmental performanc

e.Leadersh

• ipBuild, develop and mentor the Quality & EHS tea

• m.Define departmental objectives and monitor performanc

• e.Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Maintenance team

• s.Manage departmental budget and resource plannin

• g.Drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvemen

• leEngineering Degree or equivalen

• t.Minimum 5 years' experience in a Quality Management leadership role within automotive manufacturin

• g.Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 1400

• 1.Solid experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and customer quality managemen

• t.Internal Auditor certification (IATF 16949); VDA 6.3 certification is an advantag

• e.Previous experience in plant launches or greenfield projects is highly desirabl

• e.Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skill
