Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Define test strategy, test plans, and test scenarios aligned with customer and product requirements
* Ensure traceability and full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements
* Configure, install, and upgrade IDEMIA software solutions in integration environments
* Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible)
* Execute system integration and validation tests (load, performance, HA, accuracy, security)
* Investigate defects by analyzing logs and system behavior; report and track issues using tools like Jira and Xray
* Write comprehensive documentation for installation, testing, operation, and support
* Provide training and support to internal teams and customers when needed
* Contribute to software architecture analysis, integration strategy, and technical assessments
* Support pre-sales teams on technical aspects of integration and testing
* Automate test cases using tools such as Selenium or scripting languages
* Ensure quality delivery by applying rigorous QA methodology and attention to detail
* Participate in code reviews, software performance assessments, and optimization
* Actively contribute to technical governance and continuous improvement efforts
Profile Description
Required Skills & Experience:
* Engineering degree (master, bachelor, BTS or DUT)
* 2+ years of experience in software testing or QA
* Experience with Jira, Xray (test management), Ansible, Jenkins (CI/CD tools)
* Basic knowledge of Linux (commands, file system, scripting)
* Basic SQL and database query skills (Oracle)
* Experience or strong interest in automated testing (preferably with Selenium or similar tools)
* Background in development or scripting languages is a strong plus
* Candidates with DevOps experience who want to focus on testing and integration are highly encouraged to apply

* Strong rigor and attention to detail: bugs must not escape during qualification
* Team spirit and strong collaboration mindset
* Good communication in French (required) and working proficiency in English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
