With its 300 employees and its various centers of expertise operating in the fields of IT, Project Management, Finance and Human Resources, AXA GBS Morocco supports AXA entities in carrying out its mission.

Mission

The Coupa Billing Specialist is responsible for the billing process for the assigned department, in collaboration with the management controllers of AXA France and the suppliers. The mission is to ensure operational excellence in invoice management while establishing strong and collaborative relationships with our partners.

Responsibilities

* Management of Purchase Requests (PR) in Coupa:
* Initiate the creation/modification of suppliers.
* Create and modify purchase requests.
* Monitor approved orders.
* Follow up with approvers according to the SLA.
* Close the purchase order (Soft Close).

* Invoice Management:
* Control and receive supplier invoices.
* Manage draft status invoices in collaboration with the central management control and suppliers.
* Track paid invoices.

* Advance Payments:
* Create advances according to the terms of the quotation.
* Monitor paid and outstanding advances.

* Special Payments:
* Initiate special payments in collaboration with central management control.
* Track special payments.

Qualifications

* Degree in finance, accounting, or management control.
* Previous experience in a similar role (at least 2 years) is an advantage.

Required Skills

* Strong financial management and accounting skills.
* Knowledge or mastery of Coupa tools and Excel.
* Ability to analyze and track financial flows.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
