Project Technology Services Specialist

Job Purpose

The Project Technology Services Specialist applies engineering techniques and analyses for the management of business software. They also support, manage, maintain documents and tests computer-aided engineering application systems.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

* Sets up applications and provides user support;
* Develops, maintains, and establishes PTS standards, procedures and guidelines for enterprise computing platforms;
* Provides technical guidance to less experienced engineers and support staff;
* Evaluates, selects and applies appropriate standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria;
* Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of significant scope and complexity;
* May infrequently interact with inter-organizational and outside customer contacts on routine matters.

Education

* Bac +5
* Curricula: Engineering, computer science, or technology degree or related experience in Software management

Global Experience

* 4 years minimum
