一、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

1. 电解铝投资项目的整体管理 / Overall Management of Aluminum Investment Projects

* 组织电解铝投资项目前期可行性评估、技术交流、工艺策划、评审、立项报批。
* Organize the preliminary feasibility assessment, technical communication, process planning, review, and project approval for aluminum investment projects.
* 负责对电解铝项目在不同国家的投资调研，进行长期供应评估，包括20年以上稳定供应60亿度绿电（风电、太阳能等再生能源，确保24小时连续供应）合作方的可行性、报价和目标价格评估。
* Responsible for investment research on aluminum projects in different countries, including long-term supply assessment (20+ years stable supply of 6 billion kWh green electricity from renewable sources like wind and solar power, ensuring 24/7 continuous supply) and evaluation of feasibility, pricing, and target price feasibility for potential partners.
* 组织投资国项目的可行性分析，包括主要原材料供应渠道（进口与本地采购）、生产自动化规划、工艺布局（如有必要可咨询兼职电解铝顾问），以及经济效益测算。
* Organize the feasibility analysis of projects in the investment country, including main raw material supply channels (import and local procurement), production automation planning, process layout (consult with part-time aluminum consultants if necessary), and economic benefit calculations.
* 输出商业计划书（BP），包括可行性研究报告、项目时间计划表等，推动立项报批并组织相关部门及决策层评审，直至项目获得批准。
* Produce business plans (BPs), including feasibility study reports, project timelines, and organize reviews with relevant departments and decision-makers until the project is approved.

1. 项目启动与策划 / Project Initiation and Planning

* 项目批准后，召集相关部门召开项目启动会，制定项目组织架构。
* After project approval, convene project kickoff meetings with relevant departments and establish the project organizational structure.

1. 项目执行与团队管理 / Project Execution and Team Management

* 调动项目组各成员及相关资源，分配任务，确保项目执行。
* Mobilize project team members and relevant resources, assign tasks, and ensure project execution.

1. 工程建设与进度管理 / Engineering Construction and Progress Management

* 协助监督电解铝基建项目的进度，确保工程建设按整体时间表推进。
* Assist in supervising the progress of aluminum infrastructure projects to ensure construction aligns with the overall project timeline.

1. 质量与安全管理 / Quality and Safety Management

* 负责项目整体目标实现的推进，考核验收项目的安全与质量。
* Responsible for promoting the achievement of overall project objectives and assessing project safety and quality.

1. 预验收与问题处理 / Pre-Acceptance and Issue Resolution

* 组织技术专家和横向部门进行投产前预验收，发现问题并及时整改。
* Organize pre-acceptance inspections with technical experts and cross-functional teams before production, identify and resolve issues promptly.

1. 项目复盘与白皮书编制 / Project Review and White Paper Preparation

* 负责项目结束后的复盘、考核及奖励落实。
* Responsible for project review, assessment, and reward implementation after project completion.
* 制定并推广电解铝投资项目管理白皮书，包括制度和流程。
* Develop and promote aluminum investment project management white papers, including systems and processes.

二、任职要求 / Job Requirements

1. 教育背景 / Education Background

* 本科及以上学历，项目管理、理工科（冶金、有色金属、机械自动化、材料等）或相关专业。
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Project Management, Engineering (Metallurgy, Nonferrous Metals, Mechanical Automation, Materials), or related fields.

1. 工作经验 / Work Experience

* 8年以上电解铝行业或汽车零部件行业海外项目管理经验。
* 8+ years of overseas project management experience in the aluminum or automotive parts industry.

1. 语言能力 / Language Skills

* 英语四级及以上，具备流利的书写和口语能力。
* CET-4 or above, fluent in written and spoken English.

1. 专业知识与技能 / Professional Knowledge and Skills

* 熟悉项目全生命周期管理。
* Familiar with full project lifecycle management.
* 掌握金属、工程技术及财务管理知识。
* Knowledgeable in metals, engineering technologies, and financial management.
* 具备优秀的组织、协调、沟通、成本管理及风险管控能力。
* Excellent organizational, coordination, communication, cost management, and risk control skills.
* 熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Microsoft Project、Visio等办公软件。
* Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, Visio, and other office software.

1. 工作地点与出差 / Work Location and Travel

* 工作地点：初期在浙江嘉兴。
* Work location: Initially in Jiaxing, Zhejiang.
* 能接受频繁出差，并能适应跨国时差的工作需求。
* Willing to travel frequently and adapt to international time differences.
* 具备外派到海外工作的意愿和能力。主要工作地点是摩洛哥卡萨布拉卡。
* Willing and able to be stationed overseas if required.
