AXA GBS MOROCCO

Present in Morocco since 2009, AXA GBS MOROCCO ( Ex- AXA Group Operations Morocco) is an offshoring entity. With more than 300 employees and its various centers of expertise operating in the fields of IT, Project Management, Finance and Human Resources, AXA GBS MOROCCO supports AXA entities in carrying out its mission.

Mission

As part of the PM department,you will manage, control, and ensure the quality of the project portfolio, also, provide technical and administrative support to project managers and assist them to well process the project management. You will also support and collaborate with the project managers in their different perimeter: Time tracking / Management of purchase requests, as well as provide them the follow-up deliverables and decision-making support (reporting).


* Project management:
* Ensure the compliance with project management methodologies.
* Assist PM in using the project management tool in a compatible way with AXA GO processes and rules.
* Take responsibility of different technical requests.
* Ensure the control and validation process of budgets on the tools.
* Monitor the project life cycle on the tools.

* Time Tracking:
* Assist users in managing time tracking requests on the tools.
* Provide a weekly FTE reporting as a support to be analyzed by monitoring team, to offer a clear view on budgetary consumption.

Skills & Abilities


* Must Have Skills
* Understanding of Project management methodology.
* Capability to understand and manipulate technical request.
* Capability for cross collaboration with worldwide financial/operational teams.
* High knowledge in PowerBI and MS Office specially Excel.
* Ability to take in charge new scopes and find ways to deal with new issues.
* Efficient communication.

Education & Experience


* Bachelor or master’s degree in project management or equivalent.
* 2 to 4 years of proven track record in PMO role or similar supporting program(s) or/and strategic project(s) in international environment.
* Assist context involving multiple worldwide teams and various stakeholders.
