Project transfer.
* Prepare the product transfer between production sites.

Serial tasks.
* Define, plan, monitor and analyse teams’ activities and results.
* Monitor sales, material consumptions, stock value, productivity of the « business unit », Quality performance and react accordingly in case of non-conformity / or deviation to target and escalate within the business.
* Ensure human capacity in line with customer demands (up or down), and strategically plans recruitment, training or release when required with supporting function (HR/GM).
* Responsible to escalate any issues which could impact plant performances in terms of QCD or customer relationship.
* Responsible to ensure data in the ERP system are accurate at all times
* Ensure that production needs such as tools and production equipment are safe and available to use to produce Quality products in a safe manner.
* Ensure of the goods execution of customer contract in terms product sale prices, material cost variation, delivery terms, delivery schedules, variation in terms of customer demands.
* Preparation with the teams of commercial offers for changes related to products, delivery forecast changes, raw material and labours cost changes.
* Manage Engineering through the business to the customer inclusive of commercial offers, supply chain, production, dispatch, stock obsolescence.
Your profile.
* Effective Communicator in line with PM standards
* Engineering or Economics Degree / Master
* 7 years of experience in a similar position
* Wiring industry knowledge (beneficial)
* Rail industry knowledge (advantage not essential)
* Standard MS package (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, outlook) - daily work tools
* ERP system such as ProAlpha
* ISO 22163
* Quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control plan and initial sample process.
* Basic H&SE knowledge
* Working with AI agents supporting PM work is extraordinary preference
