Project Control Manager

Job Purpose

The PCM manages one or many projects and supervises the Project Controls personnel deliverables and performances.

Main Scope/Responsibilities

* To attract, assemble and manage a high-quality Project controls team
* To participate in the development of project control procedures and JESA’s Project Controls systems
* To routinely report on the cost, schedule and resource trends and forecasts on all projects.
* To track the major changes in the assigned project and communicate recommended solutions to management. Assess potential cost and schedule impacts.
* To provide governance and corporate support for the Project Controls function within Projects.
* To promote Project Controls Capability to our clients
* Project schedule and cost baseline frozen in the agreed time frame
* Project change management process established Project controls plan in place
* Participate in Safety initiatives (SOR, Safety Discussion…) and risk assessment of work activities.
* Liaise and educate project managers/directors to clarify project control related issues

Education

* BA or BS or equivalent related experience
* Curricula: Arts, Sciences, Finance

Global Experience

* 10 years minimum

Specific Experience In The Position

* 2 years min as PCM
