Key Responsibilities
* Detail the planning of all activities according to the milestones defined by the customer
* Define the deliverables of the program and use all the appropriate LEAR tools (LPMP, Learpro, OI Roadmap, PLM etc.) to oversee and control the progress.
* Interface between the OEM customer and the internal departments of Lear (and specifically the trim plant)
* Communicate regularly with the work team and periodically with the function managements, promoting meetings in which to promptly inform the top management of particular critical issues and/or needs or in which to report the progress of the program (tools: MGR, Program Reviews)
* Manage the start of production of changes
* Identify all possible issues and critical points and assign the necessary corrective actions
* Monitor project performance throughout its serial life, through periodic cost enhancement and updating activities, in collaboration with the Finance department
* Manage customer relations, with the established frequency and the contents of the messages prepared by the Company
* Promote and organize periodic meetings with the customer to verify the progress of the project and to discuss the major critical issues
* Assign responsibilities and objectives to the working group
* Collaborate with the PETC center for the creation/approval of IMDSs
