Production Manager

PROMAN Morocco is recruiting a Production Manager specialized in agribusiness with a strong quality background for one of its clients in Beni Mellal.

International experience is mandatory (through studies, degree, or professional work)

👉 As a Production Manager, you will contribute to the company's continuous growth and maintain its leadership position in the industry by :

* Managing relationships with the factory owner and management.
* Championing and protecting the client's interests.
* Maximizing raw material yields by ensuring the correct cutting specifications and selection styles are applied.
* Ensuring a strong focus on quality and compliance by checking that the factory follows the agreed processes and procedures.
* Supporting the partner in achieving the client's set quantity and quality goals.
* Maintaining daily communication with the headquarters in the Netherlands.
* Managing a small team of 2-3 dedicated colleagues.

👉 We are looking for a candidate who has :

* A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of experience.
* Experience in a Production or Operations role is essential (preferably in Meat or Food sectors).
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in the food or food-related industry.
* Proficiency in English and Moroccan (Dutch/French is a plus).
* A solid understanding of supply chain management and import/export requirements.
* A hands-on mentality.

The candidate will be based in Beni Mellal, spending at least 80% of their time in Morocco per month.
