Position Overview

Reporting to the project leader, our future Product engineer will be responsible for liaising with customers/LU, Central team, and suppliers to ensure effective two-way communication. improve continuously the product activity, design, and manage the product document. Coordinate and ensure a good follow-up of PFMEA and CI to meet the plant objectives, Monitor the standard and procedures execution and the full understanding of customer specific requirements.

Key Missions

* Coordinate and optimize the resources of the product engineering area to achieve the set objectives.
* Ensure the approval of new materials, the production of samples, the standardization of materials, processes, and specifications, etc.
* Coordinate the use of technical manufacturing documentation (cable plans, components, customer standards, international standards) from creation to archiving or final destruction.
* Plan, organize, direct and control product engineering activities as well as product development approvals, productivity and the launch of new products and new modifications.
* Monitor manufacturing stations and modifications as well as planning and producing prototypes, samples, spares, and the start of the series.
* Establish systems for standardization, logic, and optimization of work in your area (product analysis, BOM, APD time, etc.).
* Collaborate with other areas of the engineering departments, other departments, and other units of the Company.
* Ensure the completion of the projects for which he is responsible.
* Provide the necessary support and assistance to their team in carrying out the tasks that fall within their responsibilities.
* Ensure the application of company standards and policies in the area for which he is responsible.

To be successful for this role:

* Bac + 5, Technical or Industrial Engineering degree.
* Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written.
* Ability to work with cross functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
