Procurement Specialist III

Responsibilities

* Sourcing for suppliers that will meet the business requirements
* Background check and accreditation of new suppliers
* Encoding and setting up of supplier profile in the ERP and other system requirements needed to process the requirements
* Negotiation of rates/prices which includes benchmarking, market study and other due diligence to ensure that we are getting the best value
* Providing detailed reports that will support recommendation to purchase from particular suppliers
* Monitoring of supplier delivery and performance
* Managing feedback and working with stakeholders in resolving issues at the soonest possible time

Functional competencies

* Sourcing, negotiation, data analysis, project management, stakeholder and feedback management

Qualifications

* At least 5 years experience in Procurement, college graduate, good network of suppliers locally, preferably with good knowledge on IT requirements.
* English proficient - both oral and written
