Oracle is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage and optimize the Oracle Mobile Phone Program in Morocco, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a best-in-class employee experience. The successful candidate will partner with mobile service vendors to deliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality service standards. Additionally, the role will support procurement activities across other spend categories where local expertise and presence are essential.

Responsible for obtaining materials, components, equipment, and services while ensuring the best quality at the best value. Managing and monitoring the Oracle Mobile Phone Program while ensuring compliance with Oracle’s corporate policy.
The position is in Casablanca, Morocco and the candidate will be a member of the Oracle Global Procurement team, primarily managing the Oracle Mobile Phone Program in Morocco. And would support Procurement activities of other spend categories especially where local support is essential. The candidate should be fluent in English and French, working knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage. Capable of working independently and be effective to liaison with local vendors and service providers, in compliance with Oracle’s corporate policy and local regulations.
Responsibilities include reviewing spends and current pricing with market, partnering with vendors for cost effective subscription plans and device. Managing the mobile phone program in Morocco, including activities such as update of catalog in Procurement for mobile plans and devices. Co-ordinate orders for new connections and upgrade orders. Efficiently manage the mobile connections, including termination and reuse of connections. Maintaining up to date documentation and FAQs to guide employees and being customer centric to provide best in class employee experience.
What You'll Bring
* Experience in Vendor Management and Sourcing preferably from the Mobile service industry.
* A team player, working successfully in cross functional teams.
* Previous success in strategically analyzing and solving problems.
* Education – Graduate in Commerce, Business Management/Administration.
* Minimum 3+ years relevant experience

Responsibilities
As a member of Oracle's International Electronic eBusiness Center, you will be an interface between our regional subsidiaries, suppliers, and/or Corporate Finance team. Place, expedite, and status orders daily in accordance with Oracle's Global Purchasing/Finance policy. Monitor the cost, schedule, and scope of assigned standard and nonstandard contracts. Manage supplier invoice holds. Analyze global spending trends and recommend cost saving opportunities. Identify, propose and initiate implementation of process efficiencies/improvements. May assist in training of new buyers and end users.
