Role Description

We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator / Coordinatrice Achats for a full-time, on-site position based in Bouskoura, Casablanca.

The Procurement Coordinator will play a key role in the day-to-day purchasing and supply chain activities. The role involves managing and tracking purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, approvals, and timely follow-up from order creation to delivery and closure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations

  • Comparing offers and preparing purchase recommendations

  • Supporting negotiations to obtain competitive prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions

  • Creating, tracking, and following up on purchase orders

  • Monitoring delivery schedules and stock availability

  • Following up with suppliers on order status, delays, and documentation

  • Resolving discrepancies related to quantities, quality, invoices, or delivery documents

  • Maintaining procurement records and updating internal systems

  • Preparing basic reports, supplier follow-ups, and purchasing analyses

  • Coordinating with finance, logistics, operations, and internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing workflows

Qualifications

  • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related function

  • Strong ability to manage purchase orders accurately from creation to delivery

  • Good analytical skills to compare offers, monitor costs, and support spend analysis

  • Strong communication skills with suppliers and internal teams

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Good command of spreadsheets and office tools

  • Knowledge of ERP or procurement systems is an advantage

  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, procurement, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience

  • Ability to work in a structured environment with professionalism, ethics, and respect for internal procedures
