Aftermarket Cooperation Buyer will interact with various stakeholders at Stellantis (Engineering, Program Team, Supplier Quality, Supplier Risk Management, Purchasing Finance, Accounting, Cost Engineers) in order to coordinate the various actions to manage Request for Quotations or Contract Execution and Maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage RFQs process/recalls & resourcing for AftermarketMake supplier recommendations during Sourcing Table decision meetingsLead the Purchase Agreement (contract) in line with the supplier selection made.Ensure contract execution: LTA application, quality, logistics, performance development, capacity increase, …Coordinate with Aftermarket marketing/planning to enhance profitability, Aftermarket quality to ensure flawless builds, as well as with engineering, supply chain management and finance.Identify troubled suppliers and take care of potential shortages.Manage and negotiate purchasing performance.Coordinate and prepare various business reviews with suppliers/partners.Manage the administrative work attached to these activities (Purchase orders, amendments, etc.)Work with suppliers and supply chain to ensure prompt resolution to Vehicle’s off road (VOR’s)Manage escalation level with suppliers for Quality, logistics, obsolete when neededCheck the fulfilment of contracts and adapt changes if necessary.QualificationsAble to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and suppliers.Effective communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.Assertive, resilient and welcomes change.Analytical, numerically astute with strong demonstrated problem-solving abilities.Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve set targets.Commercial and financial awareness, market knowledgeAble to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.IT SKILLS: Digital sourcing solutions/Collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint) Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT) SAP Environment knowledge is a plus.Previous experience of working in a purchasing team preferably within an automotive or manufacturing environment.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
