Role Purpose:
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, standardizing, and optimizing production processes for our new automotive wiring harness plant. You will ensure efficient industrialization, seamless integration of new processes, and continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost. Your role will be key in supporting production readiness, implementing best practices, and driving technical excellence across the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and implement production processes within your responsibility area.
* Develop, standardize, and realize production procedures and workflows.
* Create, review, and maintain local work instructions and visual aids.
* Provide training and technical support to production teams.
* Manage the product lifecycle within the manufacturing location.
* Support material and process flow implementation and optimization.
* Review technical drawings and specifications (customer, supplier, and standards).
* Identify new or obsolete materials and ensure alignment with product changes.
* Define and integrate required manufacturing tools, equipment, and software.
* Drive continuous improvement in processes and equipment, ensuring profitability.
* Manage and update Production Master Data (LAD, COP, WISE, etc.).
* Arrange, optimize, and approve workstation layouts.
* Create and maintain Process FMEA documentation.
* Define material stocks and positions within production areas.
* Implement lessons learned and best practices, sharing knowledge across teams.
* Support escalations from projects or quality issues, following defined paths.

Your Profile:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
* Min 2 years of working experience in similar role in wiring harness automotive sector.
* Solid background in industrialization and process engineering.
* Experience with IATF and Lean production principles and project management.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to new technologies.
* Creative and proactive mindset with hands-on approach.
* Well-organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing project requirements.
* Fluent in English, Arabic and French
