As part of our global PMO-as-a-Service team, you will provide comprehensive support and guidance for various large transformation projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
* Monitor project progress (e.g., work status, requirements, velocity, cost, budget, quality, risks and other specific project KPIs or dashboards)
* Apply project management best practices to bring projects to successful completion
* Prepare and present project management artefacts
* Provide administrational support for set-up & preparation of meetings incl. results documentation
* Prepare (raw) data for reporting purposes, execute (standard) project reports, develop/establish new reporting and executive summaries based on project needs
* Execute (ad-hoc) research activities and present results to project team members
* Setup and maintain of collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams) and ensure access of all project members
* Analyze customer needs and develop innovative concepts to meet customers’ expectations
Key requirements / skills / experience
* Degree in Project Management/Business Administration/IT Service Management or any other relevant educational background with exposure to project management
* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a project management or consulting environment
* Project management or consulting experience, including on project steering and governance (agile and classic methodologies)
* Open to work on various project types (IT Transformation, Regulatory, Business, , Insurance, Organizational and Operational Excellence, Finance) to build knowledge base and soft skills.
* Proficient use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)
* Experience in reporting (tools, processes, templates)
* Ability to prioritize, estimate time requirements and meet deadlines
* High motivation to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment

Possession or target to obtain one of the following certifications(s) is a plus: CAPM, PMP, Agile methodology-relevant certifications.
