With 400+ learning centers in 28 countries, Wall Street English offers a full English-immersion experience both in-person and online. Now, our Tangier center is looking for an inspiring Personal Coach to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Personal Coach, you are the heart of the Wall Street English experience. You’ll motivate and guide students on their learning journey, helping them achieve their goals while ensuring a fun, engaging, and all-English environment. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer service and academic support.

Key Responsibilities

* Coach and inspire students to reach their language-learning objectives
* Motivate and engage learners throughout their course
* Create a welcoming, full English-speaking atmosphere
* Deliver excellent customer service with a personal touch
* Manage class schedules and handle essential administrative tasks

Who You Are

* Energetic, positive, and professional with a natural flair for communication
* Passionate about education, languages, and customer service
* Friendly and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills
* Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

* University degree is required
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in education, coaching, or customer service is a plus
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
