Qualifications

• Level of studies: Master’s degree in HR, management, Administration or a related field

• Experience: 3 years of experience in payroll service

• Languages: Fluent in English & French

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools, Sage

• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process payroll accurately and on time

✅ Maintain and update employee payroll record

✅ Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies

✅ Prepare payroll reports and support audit

✅ Address employee payroll-related inquiries
