1) Job Responsabilities
* Responsible for the overall work affairs and daily work management of the warehouse, coordinating the work between the department and various functional departments.
* Responsible for formulating and revising warehouse operation procedures and management systems, improving various processes and standards of warehouse management.
* Develop a warehouse work plan, summarize, report and analyze the warehouse work situation, and lead and supervise employees to complete target tasks.
* Responsible for assigning the daily work of warehouse keepers to ensure efficient, accurate, and orderly daily work.
* Warehouse rationalization layout and management, responsible for formulating accurate management standards for warehouse space planning, labeling, fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture prevention, and materials in each warehousing zone.
* Responsible for organizing the warehouse inventory work, ensure physical parts moving status same as system parts status.
* Provide work guidance and business knowledge training to warehouse personnel.
* Responsible for assessing warehouse personnel.
* Responsible for supervising the handling of defective and obsolete materials.
* Conduct on-site supervision and management of each warehouse and receiving and dispatching area, as well as the implementation status of 6S requirements and visual management.
* Self-disciplined with clean conduct, shall not damage the company's image and interests, and shall prevent commercial fraud.
2) Job Requirements
* Warehouse Operations - Utilizes warehousing tools, systems, and methodologies to meet defined metrics for inbound and outbound operations of a warehouse.

3) Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration from university or in supply chain.
* Moderate level of relevant work experience is required. SAP and other ERP system super user experience is preferred.
