In this context, you will be in charge of :

* Detecting our customers' needs in order to provide them with the right solution;
* Developing the customer portfolio;
* Marketing and promoting products (Internet, fixed and TV);
* Ensure additional sales;
* Being able to advise customers on services & products;
* Being able to propose UPGRADE after identifying the customer's needs.

Compétences et expérience requises

Fluently bilingual (English and French) with excellent oral and written communication skills;

* Demonstrate a competitive spirit, have stamina and commercial aggressiveness;
* Ability to multi-task and meet pre-established objectives;
* Excellent organizational skills and sense of priorities;
* Availability to work full time according to the following schedule.
