We're inviting Small & Medium Business (SMB) Owners and Employees to participate in an exclusive Google Workspace AI Pilot Program.

Selected participants will evaluate upcoming AI-powered features across Google Workspace and provide valuable feedback that helps improve future AI experiences for businesses.

Who Can Apply?

We're looking for Small & Medium Businesses that:

• Have approximately 1–100 employees

• Actively use Google Workspace

• Use a company-owned business domain email (e.g., [email protected])

• Have been using Google Workspace for at least 2 months

We're recruiting both:

• Native Language Business Users

• Bilingual Business Users (English + Native Language)

What You'll Do

Selected participants will:

• Test upcoming AI-powered features across Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Meet, and other Google Workspace applications.

• Complete simple guided evaluation activities.

• Provide structured feedback based on your day-to-day business workflows.

• Help improve future Google Workspace AI experiences.

No coding or technical expertise is required.

Project Details

• Fully Remote

• Initial 2-week pilot

• Approximately 3-4 hours per week

• Flexible schedule

• Potential extension based on pilot performance and future project requirements

Team Participation

Organizations may nominate up to three participants from different departments (Founder, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Finance, Customer Support, etc.), provided each participant:

• Uses their own company email.

• Performs a different business function.

• Receives different types of business communications.
