Purpose of the Job

Monitoring Express and domestic operation to ensure effective and efficient work flow in line with the standards procedures and policies

Job Description
* Oversee and motivate a team of operations personnel to achieve departmental goals.
* Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews for direct reports.
* Ensure adherence to safe work practices within the team.
* Manage team schedules and staffing levels for optimal efficiency.
* Manage company vehicles and ensure optimal use.
* Track and optimize routes for delivery personnel.
* Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure compliance.
* Handle issues related to cash on delivery (COD) transactions.

* Facilitate clear communication both internally and externally.
* Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Performance Management and Analysis:
* Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency.
* Analyze performance data and identify potential risks or losses.
* Prepare and track performance reports.

* Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and complaints.
* Work collaboratively with customer service teams to resolve issues effectively.

* Implement and enforce established operational standards and procedures.
* Monitor team activities to ensure adherence to company policies and regulations.
* Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and technology

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within an operations environment
* Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating a team
* Experience in implementing and enforcing operational standards and procedures
