we are looking for our EHS Manager to maintain and enhance the plant Environment / Health & Safety standards.

Your mission in Eviosys

* EHS systems: update the EHS Management System, keeping it compliant with Eviosys's system. You also participate to claims and internal NC analysis and related corrective / preventive actions. You manage EHS system audits (ISO 14001/ OHSAS 18001), you minimize environmental impacts implementing actions and coordinate continuous improvement plan by introducing or optimizing new processes.
* EHS: you ensure compliance with EHS regulatory requirements, you prepare EHS Plant Committee and follow dedicated actions plans. Involved in root causes analysis for Safety and Environmental incidents, you develop a proactive approach to avoid injuries and support Department Safety leaders in all operational aspects (injury / first aids / near misses / risk assessment, POCS coordination) and all related action plan. You also follow annual EHS action plan in relation with local EHS leaders, you ensure full compliance to the law regarding dangerous goods transportation and you coordinate compliance vs. Eviosys Directives.
* Training: organise and participate to EHS Plant induction, ensure update and awareness of all machines safety instructions signs, deliver specific safety training according to Italian law.

About You

You will have a professional background with a comprehensive understanding of OHSAS and ISO Management Systems, with minimum 5 years’ working experience within a HSE Management role in a Manufacturing environment. You are also experienced with the introduction and the implementation of continuous improvement tools. You are an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills. You also are process and problem-solving oriented. You are fluent in LANGUAGE and English.
