Role Overview

One of our clients is looking for an Operations Manager (Systems & Team Performance) to run day-to-day operations, audit workflows, and improve system efficiency. This role owns team coordination, billing oversight, SOP development, and overall service quality. You should be structured, analytical, and capable of identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements quickly.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and internal processes

• Audit systems, workflows, and team performance

• Manage billing, payments, and renewals

• Develop and improve SOPs and operational systems

• Conduct daily check-ins and support team coordination

• Oversee client experience and ensure service quality

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations or management experience

• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of systems and workflows

• Experience managing teams or operations (ideally call center environments)

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to build structure and improve efficiency

Great-to-Have

• Mandarin-speaking ability

• Experience with automation or system optimization

• Ability to source or implement automation solutions
