We’re seeking a high-performing Operations Intern to join our team in Casablanca and play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of our cutting-edge solutions.

✨ Your Role: Key Responsibilities

As the Operations Intern, you will manage and optimize the delivery of our services while ensuring seamless communication between clients and teams. This role requires hard work, resilience, and the ability to deliver under pressure.

📢 Operational Leadership

• FuelMetrics: Manage deployments of our fuel tracking systems to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

• CargoScribe: Coordinate the implementation of AI-driven transcription tools for logistics companies.

• AI Agents: Oversee the integration of custom AI agents into client systems, ensuring efficiency and performance.

• Mining Intelligence: Facilitate the implementation of AI tools for ore analysis and operational optimization in mining.

📨 Communication and Coordination

• Act as the point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on deadlines, goals, and deliverables.

• Maintain clear, professional communication in French, Arabic, and English, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Technical Proficiency



• Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude for operational problem-solving.

• Understand and utilize APIs, platforms like Replit, and other technical tools to streamline processes.

• Analyze and report operational data, collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions meet performance standards.

⏩ Process Optimization

• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to deliver projects faster and more accurately.

• Monitor and report on project KPIs, ensuring measurable success for all operations.
