Has responsibility for timely and accurate updating and entering of

data as per process. Reports tasks in an efficient manner to achieve

high customer satisfaction and support timely Vendor payment process.

Principal Accountabilities

* Actively engage in continuous learning and skill development initiatives aimed at developing proficiency in diverse terminal activities, including Safety, Terminal operations, Maintenance and Way of Working.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of projects and Kaizen events.
* Participate proactively in diverse improvement initiatives, oversee their progress, provide regular updates, and deliver presentations on the outcomes.
* Serve as a central point for monitoring and tracking the progress of assigned actions generated from the different function’s meetings (SQDC, Look ahead…) ensuring their timely completion.
* Develop and maintain operational documentation, such as standard operating procedures, work instructions….
* Monitor and analyse KPIs and metrics, update dashboards and ensure regular reporting.
* Conduct regular process confirmations to assess standards’ implementation and ensure necessary actions follow up to minimize discrepancies.
* Improve visual management and dashboard systems to achieve greater clarity and obtain more valuable insights.
* Implement and promote lean principles and practices throughout the organization.
* Identify and prioritize areas for process improvement using lean methodologies.
* Participate in workshops, training sessions, and kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
* Maintain lean metrics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
* Provide support to teams in lean tools and techniques, such as value stream mapping, 5S, visual management, and standard work.
* Provide support in coaching and mentoring employees across all levels on lean principles and techniques.
* Collaborate with WoW Team and improvement teams to share best practices and lessons learned. Other duties may be assigned

Who We Are Looking For

* Master or Engineering degree in relevant fields (IT, mechanic, automation, civil, Industrial, statistics, business administration or alike)
* Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
* Requires the ability to maintain high level quality of work under pressure
* Requires advanced computer skills
* High level of integrity and able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
* Proven demonstrated ability to be a team player and is able to work independently within the defined project, maintaining good relationship to customer, staff and other project team members.
* Must have good analytical skills to be able to provide solutions to issues/exception in a relatively short timeframe
* Requires advanced level of verbal and written communications skills in English
