About The Role

The Role: Senior Operational Manager

As a Manager in the IT of Operations department, you will drive the performance of your multidisciplinary IT team based in Rabat and Casablanca (10 people). You will play a key role in shaping strategy, managing daily operations, partnering with our business units and developing technological activities, with a strong digitalization and IT renovation ambition.

About IT Of Operations

IT of Operations department is part of OINIS (Orange International Networks Infrastructures and Services), it is composed of 3 teams in Asia (India), Europe (France and Slovakia) and Africa (Morocco). It is responsible for delivering and maintaining a consequent application portfolio covering following domains:

* Service Assurance: availability, performance, and quality of services through proactive monitoring, quick incident resolution, and continuous improvement.
* OSS (Operational Support System): Managing tools and systems for infrastructure, network, telcocloud and service management, including planning, configuration, monitoring, and automation to optimize resources and coordinate operational teams.

Your Main Responsibilities

* Lead and motivate a talented team, supporting their professional growth and engagement.
* Manage relationships with external service center (up to 20 resources engaged), ensuring quality and performance.
* Contribute to department strategy by participating in leadership committees, proposing improvements, and optimizing organization.
* Lead innovative IT projects, ensuring effective management and alignment with business goals.
* Communicate transparently internally and externally to strengthen cohesion and visibility.
* Oversee administrative management and skills development within your team.

About You

What we are looking for: a passionate leader

Technical Skills

* Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications.
* Minimum of 8 years of project management or leadership experience in IT/Telecom.
* Knowledge of Cloud, Data, AI trends, Agile, and ITIL methodologies.
* Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
* Fluent in French and English.
* DevSecOps and Green IT experiences are added advantages.
