About The Role
OINIS (Orange International Networks, Infrastructures & Services) is the technical division of the Orange Group, dedicated to international networks, infrastructures, and services. It primarily supports the wholesale and B2B markets while collaborating closely with all Orange affiliates worldwide.
Within OINIS, OINIS IT drives the digital transformation by developing, maintaining, and operating the information systems that support network automation, virtualization, and international wholesale operations.
The Activation Department designs and develops a suite of tools enabling network service orchestration and automation for OINIS. The department operates across five countries (France, Morocco, Tunisia, Slovakia, and India) and manages around ten major international projects.
As a Senior Operational Manager, you will lead a team of 9 internal Orange employees in Morocco and oversee the daily follow-up of 9 external contractors.
You will be responsible for guiding, mentoring, and evaluating your team, ensuring their professional growth and aligning their development plans with organizational goals.
You will also play a key operational role in three major projects, driving delivery quality, technical excellence, and innovation through the adoption of Generative AI and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Working closely with the department head, you will contribute to the overall coordination of the team’s activities (bi-weekly meetings, project governance, global synchronization within OINIS IT and OINIS International).
You will also maintain active collaboration with our internal partners and stakeholders from Orange Business and Orange Wholesale.
Responsibilities

* Drive continuous improvement and technical innovation (automation, AI integration).
* Promote Agile practices and support the implementation of SAFe framework.
* Support your team members’ professional development and career paths.
* Coordinate with other teams and stakeholders across OINIS and IT divisions.
* Contribute to the overall strategy and planning of the Activation domain.
Technical Skills
* Strong technical background in software development (Java, Python, or similar).
* Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
* Proven management or team leadership experience in IT or Telecom.
* Good understanding of production operations and Cloud Native environments.
* Familiar with CI/CD, DevOps, and GitOps practices.
* Ability to quickly learn new topics and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Soft Skills
