Job description:
We are looking for an Oncology Sales Supervisor to support and lead the sales team in executing the action plans defined by the manager. The role will be key in monitoring performance and developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
Missions:
* Supervise and support the oncology sales team to ensure objectives are met.
* Implement and follow up on action plans established by the Manager.
* Provide coaching, guidance, and motivation to maintain high team performance.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
* Ensure regular field activity reporting and share market feedback.
Skills & Profile:
* Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or equivalent.
* Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in oncology or specialty care.
* Strong leadership and field team management skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
* Proficiency in English (French/Arabic is an asset depending on context).
