Position: Commercial Team Leader
Location: Rabat (on-site)
Language requirements: English (at least B2 level)
We are looking for a Commercial Team Leader to join our Acquisition Department and drive the success of the team.

Your responsibilities:
Coordinate a team of 5–7 purchasing specialists and oversee their activities.
Provide proximity management for the acquisition team.
Evaluate and supervise team members.
Ensure smooth task delegation and provide problem-solving support.
Analyze team results and report to top management.
Motivate the team and propose actions to achieve objectives and KPIs.
