MyOutDesk is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee our Casablanca office operations during the evening shift (15:00 to 01:00). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions, managing administrative tasks, and supporting our team with various operational needs. Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily office operations and manage administrative staff
* Ensure office supplies and equipment are well-maintained and organized
* Manage schedules, meeting arrangements, and coordinate with team members
* Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members
* Manage current employees and client interactions on a daily basis
* Review, assess, and interview potential employees
* Provide support for office-related budgeting and financial processes
* Handle communication and correspondence across various levels of the organization

Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role—at least 3 years of experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills—capable of managing a team and maintaining efficient office operations.
Strong communication skills—ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software; familiarity with office management tools is a plus.
Detail-oriented—able to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated—proactive in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required.
Availability: Ability to work the evening shift (15:00 to 01:00) - preferably experienced working the evening shift
