Company Description:
Harmoniz - The Art of Seed Innovation is a global agtech company specializing in breeding greenhouse seeds. The company is focused on developing innovative, great-tasting, and virus-resistant tomatoes, expanding into pepper and cucumber seed development.
Main Purpose of the Role: Supporting Country's activity by managing and executing all administrative/ Head Quarter local country's activities.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee general office operations.
* Purchase office supplies and equipment
* Produce reports
* Work with banks
* Manage agreements with suppliers and vehicle liability
* Handle local regulations
* Provide bookkeeping for all accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
* Process, verify and reconcile AP invoices, including payment process
* Process employee's expenses reports
* Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
* Record fix assets and depreciation and prepare reconciliations.
* Record prepaid expenses and amortization
* Maintain bank accounts ledgers and perform reconciliations
* Prepare payments forecast
* Prepare analytical reviews and month-end accruals
* Report VAT and vendors tax withholding reports
* Report to additional institutions such as social security, tax authorities etc
* Assisting with audit support as necessary
Qualifications:
* At least 4 years of experience as a single bookkeeper
* Experience with bookkeeping for all accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet)
* High level of English proficiency (writing, reading, and speaking)- Must
* Experience with ERP system- an advantage
* Strong Excel skills – Must
* A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal relations and teamwork,
* Ability to work independently to implement proces
