Position Summary
You will lead the successful achievement of the company’s strategic goals by guiding and managing the Field Sales and Merchandising teams. Spearhead the execution of targeted sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency. Drive the implementation of the AVA concept, while cultivating a high-performance culture within the team. Develop and mentor team members, empowering them to realize their full potential and make meaningful contributions to the organization’s ongoing success.
A day in the life of...
* Implement Head Office customer agreements at store level, including: merchandising, distribution, assortment, plan-o-grams, and promotional activity
* Gaining distribution of new listed lines in the assigned region within the targeted time frame in line with KAM agreements.
* Explore and report new business opportunities.
* To design and implement the Retail Sales Strategy in line with the company yearly objectives
* Agree/split sales targets for specific sales activities including the national presales objectives and POPM placements by areas
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, instructions in a consistent way across the regions
* Establish optimal approach to the market, reviewing the number of outlets covered versus the target universe, and making the appropriate resource recommendations.
* Ensure that outlets are graded annually.
* Monitor and control the cost of operating and maintaining the sales force including managing Field Sales & Field merchandising budget.
* Outsourcing and management of outsource merchandising agencies.
* Prepare and control Field Force& Field Merchandiser expense budget.
* Define remuneration and incentive scheme for the Field Sales and Merchandising Force
* Approve content of Sales manual and procedures including i.e. Sales Representative Manual and Merchandising manual
* Effective internal and external relationship to represent Nestlé
* Establish relevant reports (inside and outside department)
* Organize National Sales events ( sales meetings, regional quarterly events
What will make you successful
* University Degree
* 6 years sales experience (Field Sales and/or exposure to Key Account Management) including of 3 years of people management experience,
* Current driving license.
