Job Title: Country Manager – DXN Morocco
Location: Casablanca, Morocco
Job Summary:
The Country Manager will oversee the entire operations of DXN Morocco, ensuring compliance with local regulations, alignment with DXN’s global strategy, and achievement of business objectives in the Moroccan market. This position requires strong leadership, deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (DMP, ONSSA, etc.), experience in network marketing (MLM), and the ability to drive sales growth through effective distributor engagement and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
* Develop and execute the business plan for DXN Morocco in alignment with the company’s global strategy.
* Identify market trends and propose strategic initiatives to enhance brand presence and member engagement.
* Represent DXN Morocco in strategic meetings, conferences, and events.
* Regulatory & Legal Compliance:
* Ensure all products are registered and compliant with Moroccan authorities (DMP, ONSSA, etc.).
* Supervise documentation processes for product imports, customs clearance, labeling compliance, and local certifications.
* Coordinate with legal advisors to ensure company operations comply with Moroccan commercial, tax, and labor laws.
* Operations & Administration:
* Oversee daily operations of the Morocco office, including finance, HR, logistics, and IT.
* Approve and monitor procurement, inventory levels, and product supply chain efficiency.
* Ensure proper record-keeping, reporting, and audit compliance in coordination with HQ.
* Sales & Marketing:
* Monitor and analyze monthly sales performance, growth ratios, and targets per service center.
* Launch and manage national sales promotions and marketing campaigns tailored to Moroccan consumers.
* Support development and expansion of DXN’s service center network across Morocco.
* Network & Member Development:
* Lead initiatives to attract, train, and retain DXN distributors and members.
* Organize seminars, training sessions, and recognition programs to motivate network performance.
* Act as a point of contact and support for top leaders, ensuring smooth commission processes (IOC, PV, TRX issues, etc.).
* Financial Management:
* Work closely with Group Finance to prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and ensure cost control.
* Approve pricing strategies, discounts, and commission structures for the Moroccan market.
* Review monthly financial reports and ensure timely submission to HQ.
* Team Management:
* Lead, coach, and supervise the Moroccan team across all departments (admin, sales, finance, customer service).
* Set KPIs and performance reviews, encourage staff development, and maintain high morale.
* Ensure proper internal communication and coordination between departments.
Key Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Management, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in a managerial role, preferably in a network marketing, FMCG, or health supplement company. Experience in dealing with Moroccan regulatory bodies is a must.
* Languages: Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong asset.
