About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Food & Beverage and Rooms Division teams at Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai. We are hiring for the following positions:

Food & Beverage:

* Waiter/Waitress
* Senior Waiter/Waitress
* Team Leader
* Guest Relations Executive
* Bartender
* Senior Bartender

Rooms Division (Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, Butler Services):

* Guest Services Executives
* Team Leaders

The main duties and responsibilities include:

* Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all guests in accordance with Jumeirah standards across dining, reception, and concierge areas.
* Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to inquiries, special requests, and service requirements.
* Support daily operations within your assigned department, ensuring smooth coordination with colleagues and other departments.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all guest-facing areas.
* Contribute to an outstanding guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere and promoting teamwork.

About you:

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:

* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
* Strong communication and guest interaction skills, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
* A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
