Job Description
The candidate will ensure compliance with EU regulations (REACH, ELV, SCIP) by collecting, assessing, and managing IMDS/MSDS data while coordinating with suppliers to eliminate regulated substances from materials and parts. They will track the authorization process for restricted substances and oversee their removal through surveys and action plans. Additionally, the candidate will update CATIA drawings based on provided instructions and perform CAE structural adjustments using client-defined software. Close collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams will ensure design alignment, quality compliance, and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in one of the following fields: Mechanical Engineering,Material Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Automotive or Aerospace Engineering with more than 5 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or material assessment in automotive, aerospace, or manufacturing industries, good Knowledge of EU regulations (REACH) and Proficiency in CATIA for 2D/3D drawing updates and CAE tools for structural adjustments
