🎯 Senior Marketing Automation Manager – Marketo / Salesforce

✅ Key Responsibilities:

* Lead day-to-day Marketo operations: campaign builds, multitouch nurtures, lead scoring, dynamic content, A/B testing, and reporting
* Manage Marketo-Salesforce integration, ensuring clean data flow and accurate reporting
* Oversee integrations with key tools like Oktopost, iCapture, LinkedIn, and WordPress
* Build and maintain dashboards and campaign scorecards with clear insights and optimization recommendations
* Partner with digital teams to optimize website chat and personalization strategies
* Ensure data accuracy and segmentation quality through data hygiene, RingLead workflows, and enrichment processes
* Support global marketing teams with localization and regional automation strategies
* Manage and ensure quality delivery from an offshore marketing automation support agency
* Document processes and lead internal training on tools and best practices

🎓 Desired Profile:

* 7+ years of hands-on experience with Marketo, including campaign strategy and automation design
* 5+ years of Salesforce CRM experience, including Marketo-SFDC integration
* Proven experience in global B2B marketing environments
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate business needs into technical automation logic
* Strong project management and communication skills with stakeholders
* Comfortable managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)

⭐️ Bonus Skills:

* Familiarity with Python, SQL, JSON, HTML, or Velocity scripting
* Experience with Power BI for marketing performance visualization
* Ability to work with unstructured data for deeper analysis
* Experience with RingLead for data enrichment, deduplication, and routing
