We are looking for a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team, where you will lead regional strategies, elevate brand awareness, and drive high-impact campaigns across EMEA & MENA.

Job Description - Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
* Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, account-based marketing (ABM), and content marketing.
* Localize global campaigns to meet the specific needs and cultural preferences of EMEA & MENA audiences.
* Identify key industry trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and explore market opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
* Implement targeted lead generation programs to support sales teams in achieving pipeline and revenue goals.
* Optimize multi-channel marketing initiatives, including email marketing, webinars, paid advertising, and social media.
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to refine strategies for improved ROI.
* Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with regional sales objectives and go-to-market strategies.
* Work with channel partners, distributors, and industry associations to maximize brand reach and sales enablement.
* Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and event organizers to execute impactful marketing programs.
* Develop region-specific content, including whitepapers, blogs, case studies, and presentations, to position the company as an industry leader.
* Support PR and communications efforts, including media engagement and influencer partnerships in EMEA & MENA.
* Plan and execute regional trade shows, conferences, and customer events to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
* Ensure seamless event execution, managing logistics, sponsorships, and post-event follow-up.
* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights.
* Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance marketing ROI.
* Effectively manage the regional marketing budget to maximize impact.

Key Qualifications & Skills

* 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in SAP, manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industries.
* Proven experience managing marketing efforts across diverse regions in EMEA & MENA.
* Strong understanding of regional business environments, cultures, and customer behaviors.
* Expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
* Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, French, and Arabic (German is a plus).
* Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
* Ability to travel within the region as needed.
